Background Information On The Founder

Andrew Burnham is President of two learning consulting firms and an international workshop leader and speaker who specializes in re-emerging ways of learning, being and doing.

For the past 8 years Andrew Burnham has been travelling in Canada, the USA and emerging economies in Eastern Europe. He has helped many people, leaders and teams with various roles and in a wide range of organizations.

Andrew is a dynamic, engaging facilitator, speaker and learning leader who specializes in applying re-emerging was of learning, change and being. Andrew has developed his improvisational thinking workshop to move people forward in the areas of team development, creative collaboration and facilitating solutions. Andrew also delivers keynotes, produces engaging videos and speaks at learning, training, sales and leadership conferences and events.

Andrew founded !mprov at work in 1998 after working in the corporate environment, completing his business studies at the University of Toronto and learning the art of improvisation from Second City. Andrew's work employs fresh and powerful techniques such as:
